We are currently hiring a Wealth Management Administrative Assistant to work alongside our portfolio managers to maintain very high quality service to our growing affluent client base.  Our customized asset management is provided through an open architecture framework which emphasizes independent, conflict-free portfolios designed to achieve specific client objectives. The optimal candidate will thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment in which each team member’s views are welcomed and respected.  The successful candidate will support a team of portfolio managers by providing professional, efficient client service and sound administrative management of client accounts, in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures and regulatory standards in the Canadian investment industry. They will process client information and be responsible for critical operational duties related to the portfolio managers’ and the team’s investment management activities.  Responsibilities:  Support the portfolio managers and other administrative personnel in administrative, client service and business development activities; Complete, check and forward various documents related to account openings and transfers; Monitor daily activity in client accounts and handle various administrative details as required; Provide support for and collaborate with Palisade Capital’s other administrative personnel in responding to client requests to ensure the maintenance of a high level of client service; Carry out data entry in the client relationship management / portfolio management system, including producing various documents and reports for clients and portfolio managers; Schedule appointments, meeting preparation and follow-up; Assist in the client annual review preparation and process; Actively engage in ongoing learning and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge; and Other ad hoc reporting and requests from clients and team members on an as needed basis. All responsibilities must be executed with the objective of achieving the most positive experience possible for Palisade Capital’s clients.
