From the moment an inquiry is received to the successful completion of a booking, you will ensure every interaction is professional, seamless, and exceeds expectations.You are instrumental in managing our back-office client operations, supporting the full administrative life-cycle of client cases. Ideas are welcomed and can be implemented quickly.Impact and Growth: With a philosophy of promoting internally, our client offers accelerated opportunity for succession and growth into leadership.Culture of Excellence: Thrive in an environment that prioritizes professionalism, adaptability, and a passion for exceeding expectations.A Typical Day:Provide outstanding client service by assisting clients, answering inquiries, and managing correspondenceAct as an expert with clients across all service offeringsCreate estimates and assist clients with questions and revisionsCoordinate bookings, including inputting data across internal systemsMatch resources to booking requirements and scheduling resources to meet client needsCommunicate and coordinate with internal teams to support service delivery.Arranges and coordinates services such as boardroom bookings, video conferencing and rentalsAssist with various projects associated with the department including food and beverage services and room and technology set upsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implements solutions that ensure greater client/resource satisfactionCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless supportMaintain a welcoming, professional environment for clients, guests, and team membersWhat Makes You a Great Fit?Professional services experience or a similar fast-paced professional corporate environment3+ years of exceptional client services, administrative, data-entry and coordination skills paired with experience handling multiple complex files and competing prioritiesProactive, excited to contribute and work with a collaborative and dedicated teamClient-focused mindset, always going above and beyondCalm and composed under pressure, great communication and interpersonal abilities with a natural problem-solving approachReady to Join?If you’re excited to contribute to the success of a professional services leader, we’d love to hear from you.
