Client: Real-estateRole: Property Administrator Contract: 3 months with potential extension Location: TorontoWorking model: On-site all 5 days Our client leader in property sector is looking to onboard property administrator on contract basis working on-site in Toronto location. Key Responsibilities:Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.Maintain and update property management databases and records.Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.Print, organize, and file documents related to property management, including leases, contracts, and maintenance records.Ensure all files are accurately labeled and stored for easy retrieval.Greet and assist clients, tenants, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to property management services.Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address tenant concerns and property issues.Manage the front desk, including answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages.Schedule appointments and meetings for property managers and other staff.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or property management is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with Yardi is nice to have.Experience with leasing is nice to have. Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
