The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of staffing industry operations, and a passion for improving operational systems.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters, staffing coordinators, and operational staff. Ensure the team meets performance targets and continuously improve productivity.Process Optimization: Oversee and improve staffing processes, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, ensure high-quality service delivery, and develop strong, long-lasting relationships.Business Development: Strengthen existing business relationships and forge new relationships with potential clients within the industry.Operational Planning: Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, improve service quality, and drive company growth.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all staffing practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
