You’ll prepare and review adjusting journal entries, consolidate income statements and balance sheets, and lead the compilation of forecasts and budgets. Additionally, you’ll contribute to managements discussion and analysis (MD&A), support external audits, and drive process improvement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of our organization, and influence strategic decision-making.What You’ll Achieve:First 3 Months: Build strong relationships with financial stakeholders and gain a solid understanding of our company’s objectives.First 6 Months: Develop expertise in month-end close processes and build trust with internal managers and leaders.Ongoing: Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports, support strategic initiatives, and drive efficiencies in reporting processes.What We Need From You:CPA designation6+ years in finance, including external audit preparation, full cycle accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting.Strong technical knowledge in public reporting, IFRS standards, and variance analysis.Experience with revenues of $1B+ and legal entity reporting.Proven ability to handle month-end close processes, technical accounting research, and complex transaction/acquisition work.Co-op or internship experience that has honed your technical and interpersonal skills is an asset.Familiarity with enterprise software and tools used in large-scale finance operations.Next Steps:We here at Clarity Recruitment would like to thank you for your applicationOnly those chosen for a phone interview will be contacted via email and text to set up a phone interviewClarity Recruitment and our client are firmly committed to fostering diversity within our community.
