You will have a proven track record of strengthening existing relationships and providing high touch, high quality customer service in a fast paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in dialogue with clients in order to determine their challenges, needs or concernsProactively develop solutions to meet the needs of plan sponsors and membersInitiate or participate in developing new business opportunities in the area of both benefits and other human capital solutionsManaging client relationships for small to large sized accountsInteract with clients and Insurance Companies to ensure plan is operating efficientlyConduct member education sessionsPrepare and facilitate presentation that explain the group plan for membersRemain current and up-to-date on market trendsDiscuss the performance of the group plans with clientsDeliver outstanding customer service in a professional manner to assist client’s decision-making processProactively share knowledge and best practices to ensure team objectives are metREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5-8 years customer service experiencePost secondary school education diploma and/or degree required.Strong knowledge of group benefit administration and servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIndustry related customer service experienceNavacord, and all our Broker Partners are actively committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
