Your responsibilities include:Refining Style Guides and Documentation: Update and maintain the B2B style guide and design system documentation to align with brand standards and meet user needs.Collaborative Content Integration: Partner with product designers, UX writers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of content standards into the design system and consistency across all user touchpoints.Information Architecture Development: Design and maintain complex information architectures, ensuring content is logically structured and easily navigable for B2B audiences.Content Audits and Quality Assurance: Regularly review and audit content to ensure compliance with style guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards.Team Support and Guidance: Provide expertise and training on best practices for content design, style guide usage, and content creation to internal teams.Skills and QualificationsWe’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:Extensive Experience: At least 7 years as a UX writer, content designer, or a related role, with a strong focus on B2B content.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or an equivalent field.Design Systems Expertise: Proven experience maintaining or developing style guides and design systems within complex organizations.Information Architecture Skills: Familiarity with information architecture principles and experience applying them to content-heavy websites or applications.Accessibility and Usability Knowledge: Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices.Data-Driven Approach: Experience leveraging data sources and unmoderated user testing tools to measure, analyze, and refine UX copy.Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
