We excel in staffing solutions, consistently delivering staff and experiences that resonate deeplywith our clients.We are looking for an experienced Experience Marking Specialist to oversee our retail account on a6-month contract. In this role, you will support projects aimed at optimizing the retail experience, drivingcustomer engagement, and enhancing the overall customer experience.This Opportunity is Ideal For:Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Experience Marketing Specialist to supporthigh-impact signage and creative campaign development within their experiential marketing initiatives.This role involves managing creative development, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders,and overseeing the production and distribution of marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a strongcommunicator with a background in creative project management and a passion for delivering exceptionalbrand experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development and Campaign Execution:Lead creative development for high-impact signage, working closely with graphic designers andgame vendors.Develop and execute point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials, including printing, kitting, shipping,and installation guides.Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output in all marketing assets.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align creative deliverables with campaigngoals.Stakeholder Management:Interface with internal and external stakeholders for reviews, approvals, and project updates.Build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, creative agencies, andcross-functional teams.Communicate creative strategies and project timelines clearly and effectively.Project and Logistics Management:Manage production timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and withinbudget.Oversee logistics, including shipping and receiving POS assets and ensuring correct installationat retail locations.Maintain clear and accurate project records, tracking project progress and status updates.Written Communications and Training:Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including strategic briefs, trainingmaterials, and installation user guides.Provide clear, concise instructions on asset use, installation, and maintenance.Lead the creation of strategy documents and other written communications as needed.Key Traits:Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong written communication skills for internal/external correspondence and user-guide creation.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in creative and campaign development, including experience with brandmanagement.Experience in retail marketing and POS asset management is a strong asset.Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or creative project management.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.Experience managing creative development, vendor relations, and project timelines.Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in experiential marketing, retail marketing, or creative campaign development is anasset.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.A dynamic, supportive, and inclusive work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.The chance to contribute to meaningful, community-driven projects.How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their resume, cover letter, and relevant portfoliomaterials to x is an equal opportunity employers committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.We encourage applications from all qualified individuals.Please Note:Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and be 19 years of age.
