Consistently think beyond the ordinary to develop exciting new initiatives to grow new and existing client relationshipsBuilding trust – Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key clients—building owners, strata councils, property management firms, and project managers—ensuring consistent engagement from the start to the completion of each projectGathering leads and insights - Perform ongoing administration and tracking of the sales funnel in Salesforce weeklyListening & delivering – Regularly meet with clients to fully understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stageAmbassador and champion - Be the face of the company by representing WCP at trade shows and other client events to grow our business and reputationEstimating, Pre-Production, and Closing Crunching the numbers - Perform estimates for qualified opportunities (restoration, painting, etc) while following the WCP Estimating System, and generate project pricing based on WCP GP margin guidelinesAn ace at proposals - Coordinate and lead pre-production meetings and develop comprehensive and convincing proposals that leave clients feeling knowledgeable and impressedEnsuring the t’s are crossed - Take charge of transitioning projects to the approved WCP contractor, ensuring all necessary agreements are in placeClosing with gusto - Hit budgeted Success Ratio, Booked GP and Margin Targets, and ensure the budgeted trial is closed and consultation targets are hitProductionSeamlessly transition - Transition projects smoothly to the Production department, ensuring all handoffs are clear and timelyLeading from the front - Coordinate and lead Pre-Production Meetings to align teams and set clear project expectationsData-driven operations - Provide Scopes, POs, and required data for all projects before commencement to ensure smooth executionCustomer-first approach - Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the production process, maintaining clear and consistent communicationCollaborating to succeed - Perform weekly AM/PM meetings with the Production Manager to ensure alignment and address any challengesTracking and billing with precision - Execute billing and progress claims systems bi-weekly, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAdministration and OrganizationKeeping on top of data - Maintain the CRM of marketing and sales data for specific customers, accounts, and territories in Salesforce weeklyMastering the paperwork - Prepare and submit weekly sales or inventory reports and oversee the completion of all checklistsSeen and heard - Attend weekly one-on-ones and actively participate in WCP meetings and eventsCommercial, Remodel, and Industry Knowledge Spotting trends - Proactively research and analyze commercial markets and industry data as required, staying current with construction renewal industry trendsEducating - Understand the deep nuances of commercial renewal/remodel construction and explain it to clients in a way they can understand and jargon freeEXPERIENCE REQUIRED3+ years of experience in working with strata management companies and/or B2B SalesProven successful history of direct sales, estimating, negotiating, closing and networkingPrevious experience in the construction industry (ideally in exterior building restoration or painting)Previous experience estimating exterior building restoration and/or interior projectsExceptional communication skills at levels -
