This role will assist in driving human resources initiatives and administering programs/policies that will promote a positive working environment. Key aspects of this role are to provide reporting, analysis and process improvement.Responsibilities Partner with the organization on their reporting and analytics needs; including creation of dashboards and analytics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as well as producing ad-hoc reports for management upon request.Prepares presentations and reports for management, providing detailed analysis of conclusions.Recommends activities that will optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and continual improvement of HR tasks and duties.Provides direction and review to HR coordinator for all payroll preparation functions such as new hire entries and affiliated bi-weekly payroll in cooperation with the payroll department.Provide guidance and support to all staff on human resources administrative queries including human resources policies and procedures.Support the annual compensation / year-end review process including performance and salary / bonus reviews.Ensure all administration is completed accurately and efficiently completed to meet specified deadlines.Function as a liaison between Benefits/Payroll/IT and employees, advising employees on eligibility, coverage and other matters.Manage immigration and relocation processes.Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions.Prepare termination letters.Ad hoc correspondence and reporting, as required (letters, meeting minutes, agendas, presentations, etc.).Produce quarterly headcount reporting, including- recruitment, exit interviews, employee information, etc.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of human resources experienceRequired Skills 5 years of experience with Workday or similar HR Management System (HRMS) solution.Advanced excel skills – must be able to use Vlookup, pivot tables etc.Strong attention to detail.Experience working with Workday and an Applicant Tracking System, considered a plus.Strong experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Client-service orientation supporting all levels of employees and executive management.Demonstrated ability to develop relationships.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Proactive and able to work independently - a self-starter.Strong attention to detail.Able to work at a fast pace with conflicting deadlines and changing priorities.
