As we grow, we are becoming vertically integrated between all facets of our business including Acquisitions, Development, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Construction, and Property Management.  About the Role:Assistant Superintendent on 4-6 storey wood frame/concrete mixed use multifamily residential and commercial construction project in city of VancouverAssist Senior Superintendent to prepare and execute rough in and finishing schedulesQuality control of trade contractor rough in and finishing workPerform QC reviews including but not limited to checklists, deficiency tracking and follow upMaintain daily logsAnticipate and solve problems proactivelyCommunicate and coordinate in a professional mannerCoordinate with project manager and senior superintendentPerform other duties as required Qualifications:Minimum 6-8 years working in supervision/leadership capacity in multifamily residential construction this could include trade foreman capacity.Experience working on wood frame multifamily residential projectsProficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and WordWork well with others in a team environmentAbility to plan, multitask and prioritize critical path itemsGood written and oral communication skills in EnglishMust be eligible to work in Canada for any employer What we offer:Opportunity to take a leadership role within a growing, forward-thinking company A team atmosphere in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment Personal and professional development Competitive compensation package with annual bonus Ability to grow within Hudson!  Please submit your resume to
