Competitive salaryPaid day off on your birthdayExcellent benefit package with premiums paid by the companyRRSP MatchBoots/Shoe Allowance + Safety wearSafety-minded organizationContinuous training, learning and development opportunitiesFun-loving work environment with strong social responsibilityWhat Youll Be DoingDuties and Responsibilities:Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenues.Follow-up leads generated from various sources.Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.Effectively manage and develop networking relationships.Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner.What Youll Bring to the TeamQualifications and Requirements:Proven experience in an outside sales role.Pump and/or power knowledge is a definite asset.Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary diploma would be an asset but is not required.Valid class 5 drivers license and a clean or satisfactory driver's abstract.Highly driven for results with a customer and team-oriented mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties at all levels of the organization in a professional manner.Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as with a team.Excellent time management and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.Passion for sales and customer service and a desire to learn and develop in the pump and power industry.Comfortable with computers.Want to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
