We are people-centric and value, not only the relationships that we build with LPs and retailers but also the relationship that we develop with each other, and within our community.Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated, driven, and personable Territory Manager / Field Sales Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners. This role is street-focused, requiring hands-on engagement, consistent follow-through, and a deep understanding of competitive market dynamics.You will play a crucial role in driving sales by representing our company and educating retail customers about the diverse range of products offered by our licensed producers. This role will focus on strengthening relationships and increasing sales with our existing licensed cannabis retailers, while also strategically onboarding new retail partners to boost sales volume. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of sales experience, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, foster an outstanding customer service culture, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This hybrid position requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to engage directly with our partners.Key Accountabilities:Establish and strengthen store-level relationships through face-to-face interactions.Execute in store activations, promotions, and limited-time offers (LTOs) effectively.Present and reinforce the features and benefits of our portfolio, programs, and incentives.Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans: understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities.Actively prospect for new business opportunities and close deals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Stay informed about the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.What Were Looking For:Relationship Builder: You excel at connecting with people, one on one engagement, in person.
