The position would be based in Toronto, ON, working directly with a Senior Account Executive and reporting to Manager of Sales and Partnerships.The ideal candidate is one who is highly motivated, takes direction easily, gets things done accurately, and effectively. In this role a successful candidate will have the following specific role responsibilities: Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. Set appointments and follow up on leads. Assist Senior Account Executive with fostering and maintaining a portfolio of existing accounts with the view to extend these relationships by offering new products and solutions. Assist with presentations, proposals, strategy, and negotiations. Assist with client documentation and onboarding, Provide introductions and open doors for the client to communicate with other internal support teams. The ideal candidate will possess some or all the following skills: Minimum of 2 years experience with customer service, and support. Intermediate skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and a general proficiency with MS Teams. Strong communications skills and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
