This hybrid role, based in Ottawa , ( 2 Days per week onsite) offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise storage environments while collaborating remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will have expertise in storage technologies, change management, and data protection solutions. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage enterprise storage systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Maintain and support NetApp technologies for storage infrastructure, including upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting. Develop and enforce change management policies to ensure seamless updates and minimal service disruptions. Oversee data backup and recovery operations using Commvault to ensure data integrity and availability. Monitor storage systems for performance, capacity planning, and proactive issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess storage requirements and implement scalable solutions. Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support for storage-related projects and initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in managing enterprise storage environments with a focus on high availability and scalability. Expertise in NetApp technologies , Strong knowledge of change management processes within IT infrastructure environments. Hands-on experience with Commvault for backup and recovery solutions. Familiarity with hybrid cloud storage solutions is an asset. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
