Responsibilities: Pre/Post Customer Experience : Optimize customer experience workflows, installation updates, perform debugging and engineering support procedures on in-field systems. Pre Sales Trial: Deliver product trial demonstrations virtually as well as at prospect sites. Testing: Test new materials, configure measurement algorithms and author customer measurement reports. Post Sales Systems Commissioning: Coordinate with customers to prepare for and schedule commissioning activities. Do the onsite commissioning. Your Expertise: Work in office - Eager to work FT in the office - you need access to the systems as well as be able to collaborate with other teams. Business Travel : About 20% of the time around the world - must have valid passport and be eligible to travel without restrictions. Sensor Savvy - Familiarity with instrumentation and sensor qualification. Core Knowledge - a degree in Electrical, Systems or Aerospace Engineering, Eng. Physics, Mechatronics Collaboration - Ability to openly communicate your ideas within a team. Curiosity - A sincere enthusiasm and an aptitude for tinkering with technology.
