What Youll Do: Lead strategic planning, innovation, and change management initiatives. Oversee the administrative team covering human resources, finance, technology, and office operations. What Were Looking For: Proven leadership in operations, finance, or administration (10+ years). CPA designation and public practice experience preferred.
