Location: Mississauga Department: IT Position reports to: Business Applications Manager Status: Fixed term Contract- 12 Months Availability: Immediate Salary: Competitive compensation pkg offered Position function: Reporting to the Business Applications Manager of Caldic North America, The Change Management Lead will play a critical role in the successful rollout of the NA D365 FO project by developing and executing change management strategies. This role will focus on preparing, equipping, and supporting stakeholders to adopt new processes and systems effectively. The primary responsibilities include managing change initiatives, overseeing project communications, and coordinating training programs to ensure seamless user adoption and engagement. Scope: The Change Lead will oversee the change management strategy for the NA D365 FO implementation, with a primary focus on managing organizational change, communications, and training efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are adequately prepared for the transition, with an emphasis on effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The Change and Training Lead will develop and implement training programs to equip users with the necessary skills to adopt the new system, while also addressing any resistance to change. By collaborating closely with leadership and functional teams, this role ensures that the entire organization is aligned and ready for the successful implementation of D365 FO. Major tasks and duties: Change Management Strategy Develop a change management plan tailored to the D365 FO implementation, addressing risks, impacts, and stakeholder readiness. Conduct impact and readiness assessments to guide adoption strategies. Communication Management Create and implement communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders at all levels. Develop messaging and materials, including newsletters, presentations, and updates for various audiences. Training Coordination Assess training needs and develop a comprehensive training program for end users. Oversee the creation of training materials and delivery of sessions to ensure skill development and system proficiency. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison for change-related queries and concerns. Foster collaboration and buy-in from key stakeholders to support project success. Post-Implementation Support Monitor adoption metrics and provide ongoing support to address resistance or challenges. Develop and execute strategies to sustain change and embed new processes into daily operations. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in change management, particularly for ERP transformation projects. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). Proven expertise in managing communications and training programs for large-scale initiatives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. Experience of managing change with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or similar ERP systems is a must. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are considered an asset.
