They have a degree in Library and Information Management, Communications or Project Management. Its entirely possible that until they saw this posting, they hadnt considered Executive Search as a career.A Research and Recruitment Associate is a highly valued member of the Executive Search practice, providing invaluable insight, judgement and intellect to our search mandates. Working closely with the Vice President, they will cover all aspects of the search process from briefings, search strategy, candidate mapping and engaging with candidates and clients.Our ideal candidate is a hard-working, smart, self-starter who enjoys being part of a team, while having autonomy. With innate natural curiosity and strong research skills, they come up with fresh ways to find just the right information or person, to cut through the extraneous details and get to what really matters. They are inherently creative and not daunted by the pursuit of solutions which are not obvious.The Research and Recruitment Associate, will conduct industry and candidate research, work directly with both candidates and clients, and learn to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
