Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000Position Overview:The Project Manager will play a central role in the re-chaptering of the LOUD Business Association, ensuring that projects align with the organizations mission and strategic vision. This position is a blend of strategy and hands-on work, requiring the Project Manager to both lead and actively participate in project execution. They will work closely with the Board of Directors to execute initiatives and manage daily operations. The Project Manager will also have access to contractors for specific tasks, but should be comfortable taking ownership of various aspects of the work themselves, particularly as we reorganize the association and handle administrative and operational tasks.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Board of Directors to align project initiatives with the associations vision, mission, and strategic goals during this critical re-chaptering phase. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide both high-level initiatives and smaller, day-to-day tasks. Actively participate in executing projects, ensuring that work progresses efficiently. This includes handling some tasks directly, especially smaller, urgent assignments typical of re-chaptering. Engage and manage contractors where needed, but maintain oversight and involvement in key tasks to ensure deadlines and standards are met. Lead cross-functional partnerships, overseeing both the strategic direction and practical implementation of projects. Serve as the point of communication between the Board, team members, and external stakeholders, keeping all parties informed and aligned. Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to the Board, with a focus on both big-picture goals and granular task execution. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, handling issues directly when possible and escalating where necessary. Prepare and deliver reports to the Board that highlight project status, challenges, and areas for improvement.Qualifications: A bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally with experience in non-profit or community-based organizations. Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on work in the execution of projects.
