Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant at Maeven Chef. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications with clients with proper etiquette, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The role will also involve organizing our chefs' schedules and ongoing communication with our current clients to maintain our high level of service and keep operations running smoothly. QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsProficiency in Phone Etiquette and Email CommunicationStrong Clerical Skills; recording notes, tracking data on Google Drive Excellent organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusProficiency in MS Office applications; Word, ExcelUtilizing tools like Survey Monkey and Calendly Scheduling posts for our Social Media accounts
