SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant (Functional) Location: Calgary, AB, (5 days Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months. Rate/hr on w2 + Expenses About the Role: Client is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support our client. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, particularly in SAP PM, and have successfully completed 2-3 full life cycle implementations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver SAP Plant Maintenance configurations tailored to business needs. Lead and contribute to all phases of SAP PM implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support. Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO to support end-to-end business processes. Provide subject matter expertise in plant maintenance processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, work order management, and asset management. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operational activities. Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to facilitate adoption and effective use of SAP PM functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation and support. Demonstrated experience with 2-3 full life cycle SAP PM implementations. Strong knowledge of rail transportation industry processes is an asset. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Authorization to work in Canada is required.
