Our client is a European company that provides Billing Solutions platform to large organizations within the IT and Telecommunications space. They are currently expanding their North American operations and they are seeking an IT Operations & Support Engineer for their Toronto - based team. This is a remote position but preference goes to candidates at a commutable distance to Toronto. The company might be opening a physical office in the near future. In this role, you will be responsible for: Processing client's data on the platform Incident management / Customer Support Updating the platform Presenting new features to clients Assisting in onboarding new clients (when required) Some QA tasks (when required) We are looking for someone with: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology 2+ years experience providing IT support within an ITIL environment Skills in performing ETL tasks Knowledge of Saas businesses and experience providing platform-support to external clients (nice-to-have) Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal- & communication skills Ability to travel to Europe for induction and approx. once or twice a year after that Do you want to work in a technical, client-facing position with a lot of grow potential within a growing organization?
