Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manager, Financial Analysis and Cost Optimization with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis to lead contract optimization efforts and drive financial process improvements across the organization. This role will serve as a critical business partner in managing costs, supporting budgeting, and forecasting activities, and enhancing financial processes. The ideal candidate is skilled in contract analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of vendor and supplier contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved terms, and operational efficiencies. Track contract performance against financial benchmarks and objectives, reporting insights to leadership on realized savings and potential improvements. Analyze cost structures and provide recommendations for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and value-add initiatives across the organization. Collaborate closely with operational and departmental leaders to provide financial insights, supporting decision-making to manage and control costs effectively. Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, helping translate financial data into actionable plans for managing departmental budgets and expenses. Support the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to establish realistic and strategic budgets aligned with company objectives. Support the forecasting process, providing timely and accurate updates on financial projections and identifying variances from budgeted amounts. Support in the development of financial models to evaluate scenarios, analyze key drivers, and provide recommendations to optimize financial outcomes. Streamline financial data processes and create dynamic dashboards to provide real-time insights, enabling leadership and departmental teams to make informed, data-driven decisions efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, or equivalent certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, with a focus on contract management, cost analysis, or budgeting and forecasting. Demonstrated experience in analyzing contracts, understanding cost structures, and supporting financial decisions. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial process improvement. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools, with advanced MS Excel skills; Power BI & Adaptive experience is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for optimizing financial outcomes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
