Our solutions help clinicians and institutions deliver exceptional patient care in an efficient manner. Our customers include hospitals, homecare providers, medical clinics, veterinary clinics, and other specialty practices across Canada. We are looking for sales professionals that are comfortable selling into hospital pharmacy practices. What youll do: Influence Practice: Identify current practice state and take steps to guide institutions to safer and more efficient solutions offered by Andone Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other stakeholders System Knowledge: Grow a deep understanding of how clinics and hospitals operate. What their key challenges are and help identify areas of improvement in relation to medication delivery Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts across the business, including medical, marketing, access, quality and operational teams Compliance & Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity in all interactions with customers, partners, and internal teams Independence and Autonomy: We encourage independent decisions that lead to professional growth and future success. Ideal candidates would have prior experience in a small to mid-size company.
