Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Registered member of the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) Qualified for individual professional liability insurance Additional Requirements: Ability to prioritize tasks with a focus on client centered service Outstanding in person and written communication skills Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to use a team-based approach with clients, families and their support networks to provide best possible therapy results Proven organization and executive functioning skills Excellent time management skills Physical ability to carry out everyday tasks as required Special consideration given to the following: Knowledge and experience with complex speech-sound disorders Experience working with children with a wide range of developmental and neuro-developmental differences including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) qualification is an asset Experience in play-based therapies
