Job Description

Our client is a highly regarded international law firm who is looking for a Corporate Services Paralegal Coordinator to join their Calgary office. This role will be a key member of their dynamic Corporate Law group providing guidance and leadership to the Corporate Services Paralegal team with workflow management, change management, talent management and process improvement. In addition, you will be able to use your advanced skills and knowledge to work on complex corporate transactions and contribute to the success of the team. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for information, decision-making and workflow management in the paralegal team regionally. Build relationships between the legal professionals and the paralegal team to promote effective working relationships. Monitor paralegal team financial metrics and ensures the delivery of high-quality client service. Liaise with key stakeholders regarding projects, technology, and process improvements to ensure efficiency in best practices. Provide guidance and leadership and supports training and development of our team members so they can reach their full potential. Work with top tier corporate lawyers to prepare documentation and complete filings for various corporate matters including incorporations, organizations, amendments, dividend declarations, continuances, liquidations, and dissolutions.
