Job Description

The NetSuite Data Programmer will implement and maintain customizations and integrations for essential corporate systems, including NetSuite, Shopify, Cloud X and WFX and more. The ideal candidate has a passion for quality Data Programmer, an eye for recommending and developing systems improvements, and a drive for evaluating new technologies and enhancements for enterprise-scale ERP system. You will be an integral part of our internal Technology team, leveraging your solutions-oriented implementation experience to conduct design decisions and major software projects for the business. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and support financial applications in NetSuite, including completing complex configuration where needed Configure fields, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards, integrations, scripted rules, etc Build and maintain integrations between finance systems ensuring bundles and scripts are updated timely Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests in accordance to defined SLAs; work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable Complete testing during new system implementation projects and for scheduled system releases. Create/ Maintain systems documentation, including architectural design documentation, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user manuals, test scripts and Architect, design, develop, configure, test & deploy customizations based on evolving business needs Own development, functional testing, and maintenance of NetSuite Troubleshoot script, integration, and workflow errors. Perform root cause analysis on systems incidents, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions Customize and configure NetSuite ERP to align with business processes and requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement enhancements Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training and documentation Stay current with NetSuite updates and industry best practices to recommend and implement system improvements This role requires a solid understanding of NetSuite functionality and configuration capabilities, along with technical expertise in customization, integration, and administration REQUIRED SKILLS Serve as the go-to person for the NetSuite platform Provide on-going post-implementation support as the NetSuite Administrator Drive testing, planning, execution, and optimization support Work with end-users to understand business needs to identify best solutions Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities through prioritization of requests Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and third-party applications Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links Support the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP system Customize and maintain reports, NetSuite dashboards, and save searches Reporting and KPI generation NetSuite updates maintenance NetSuite dashboard proficiency Data import process and migration Configurations and customizations Ongoing systems and technical support NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing NetSuite ERP, CRM, and eCommerce experience Financial expertise (billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition) Mass Updates Saved Searches Workflow Edits, Reviews and Troubleshooting Report customization and scheduling CSV imports Custom Record Creation and Entry Design experience (mid-senior level)
