These knives are then utilized in our state-of-the-art moulders, processing kiln-dried FAS lumber at a precise rate of 22 knife cuts per inch. With nearly 200,000 square feet of distribution and manufacturing space, we maintain a vast inventory of trim, doors, and plywood, ensuring projects are completed right and on time. Role Overview We are seeking Cansual Delivery Truck Drivers to join our team. The Driver will be responsible for delivering and unloading materials to customer sites in a timely, respectful, and safe manner. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Loading & Unloading: Properly load, secure, and unload materials onto trucks, ensuring no damage during transit. Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough vehicle and load safety checks before each delivery. Customer Coordination: Contact customers to coordinate delivery times and obtain site-specific unloading details. Safe Driving: Operate vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations. Delivery Standards: Clarify and communicate BRENLOs delivery standards and policies as required. Communication: Contact the logistics coordinator if no one is present at the site to receive materials. Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, obtaining customer signatures to verify receipt, and return documents to dispatch. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of both the exterior and interior of the truck. Team Collaboration: Work responsively and collaboratively with team members to meet business and customer needs. Qualifications & Skills Required Technical Skills: Valid DZ or G license with at least 3 years of CLEAN truck driving experience. A clean driving record and insurance abstract are required. Product Knowledge: Ability to identify various wood species and profiles. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated respect and professionalism when interacting with customers and team members. Physical Capability: Must be able to handle the physical demands of loading and unloading heavy materials. Measures of Success Delivery: Ensuring safe and timely delivery of materials. Quality Assurance: Deliver materials undamaged and adhere to BRENLOs operating and safety standards. Productivity: Meet or exceed delivery targets with accuracy and efficiency. Communication: Maintain respectful, accurate, and timely communication with colleagues and customers. Work Attendance: Consistently punctual and reliable in work attendance.
