What Youll Do: Lead Supply Chain Excellence: Oversee all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective fulfillment. Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes to reduce transit times and enhance delivery efficiency. Manage warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and storage solutions. Implement advanced inventory management practices, such as regular cycle counting and Just-In-Time (JIT) systems. Align supply chain activities with business goals, collaborating with procurement, operations, and production teams. Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze logistics and warehouse processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains. Monitor budgets, ensuring cost control in freight, storage, and inventory handling without compromising quality. Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy, freight costs, and delivery performance. Inspire and Develop Teams: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of logistics and warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance employee development. Address workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations in partnership with HR. Nurture talent and identify future leaders within the team, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. What You Bring: A Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience. At least 5 years of leadership experience in logistics and warehousing within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platforms, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in inventory management, forecasting, planning, and KPI assessment. Experience in implementing global supply chain strategies and sourcing specialty items. A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation, data-driven decisions, and delivering results.
