Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Hours of Work: 37.50 hours per week Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per annum Benefits: Full time positions are eligible for vacation, paid-sick days, as well as health and RRSP benefits. About Us: Reconnect Community Health Services is a not-for-profit health service organization in the west end of Toronto. Our services include supports for seniors, caregivers, and people living with mental health and addictions concerns. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of client-centred care in our sector. In addition to our core work with clients, Reconnect is also involved in several exciting systems-level initiatives focused on providing support and building capacity within the healthcare sector. Through our Community Shared Services Collaborative (CSSC), Reconnect leverages our experience in providing customized training, IT, decision support, procurement, and other back-office services and solutions to other Ontario healthcare organizations at an affordable rate. The successful applicant to this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success by driving growth for all services within the CSSC portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. The incumbent will fulfill these responsibilities personally and/or through the efforts of other employees. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Director, Identifies new business opportunities and proactively builds relationships with potential clients and partners Develops and executes strategic plans to drive growth and new customer acquisition, including creating new service offerings, leading targeted marketing campaigns, and crafting compelling proposals that effectively communicate solutions to prospective clients Leads sales activities including conducting market research, generation of leads, negotiation of contracts, and ensures effective service delivery by supporting clients throughout service delivery Effectively manages stakeholder relationships by proactively providing updates, soliciting feedback, responding to stakeholder issues, and providing administrative support Tracks and reports on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts. Stays updated on industry trends, market changes, and best practices in business development and marketing Delivers all services in a professional manner and in accordance to established guidelines and associated benchmarks; Anticipates potential barriers to success and mitigates risk including the creation of contingency plans. Technical and Behavioral Competencies Required: 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing Strong interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with stakeholders and potential clients Self-directed and independent, but also experienced in working effectively as a member of team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and keep stakeholders effectively engaged in the process; Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple high-impact priorities; Able to interpret data and use it to develop effective and appropriate business development plans; Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Workplace Requirements: Works a 37.5 hour workweek, Monday through Friday and as needed after hours and on weekends. Work hours may vary depending on the needs of the project and the organization. May provide services at the Reconnect offices and at satellite locations. Attendance at outside meetings and special events required from time-to-time. Criminal background check.
