Junior Business Development Representatives close deals with potential clients by promoting what Callbox can offer to improve their business processes and be a key player in achieving their goals. They interact and negotiate with them and make the best adjustments to the packages we offer so that these are adapted to the specific needs of each prospect. Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed an established monthly sales quota and a set revenue for targeted leads. Present the company and its services to all leads assigned by the marketing and in-house sales teams. Nurture these leads and attempt to convert them into customers. Conduct prospecting processes to build strong relationships with potential clients, leveraging existing networks to ensure ongoing presentations and referrals. Record all sales activities in the CRM and all other tools provided. Update customer information in the company database (CRM). Make monthly sales projections. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the materials and content provided by the company so that they can be shared with potential customers. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or general manager. Qualifications English level C1 or higher Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields Specialization in Marketing or related field At least 2 years of sales experience in sectors such as T-Mobile, ADP Payroll, ADT, merchant card services, or any B2B sales experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Previous experience in the marketing services industry and qualified demand generation Strong CRM tools management skills
