You'll oversee internal and external brand management, media campaigns, digital presence, corporate sponsorships, and community initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader adept at collaboration, analytics, and creativity to drive our marketing success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for traditional and digital platforms. Campaign Management : Lead initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, Google Ads, email marketing, print, radio, and more. Analytics & Reporting : Utilize data tools to measure ROI, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness, delivering actionable insights. Brand Oversight : Manage visual identity across all materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Community Engagement : Oversee corporate sponsorships, charity initiatives, and volunteer programs like the 'Share the Connection' fund. Retail Collaboration : Guide store design and renovations, enhancing the customer experience. Budget Management : Develop, monitor, and optimize the annual marketing budget. Event Coordination : Plan tradeshow presence, manage logistics, and align initiatives with strategic goals. Team Collaboration : Partner with various teams and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives. Education + Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing and communications experience, including project management. Strong written communication skills for professional documentation and presentations. Knowledge, Skills + Abilities Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify). Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics) and CRM systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign).
