The role is visible and critical as part of a high performing team it will appeal to you if you have an effective combination of domain knowledge, relevant experience and the ability to execute on the details. You will bring cutting edge SAP administration skills together with cloud and data lake experience and a well-honed instinct for security and reliability built from a foundation of systems administration, virtualization and multi-site IT operations. You will own this our teams are small, agile and focused on the needs of the high growth fintech marketplace. You will be working across functional teams to deliver on premise and cloud strategies. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field including systems administration and programming Required Qualifications: Tenured in the fields of SAP HANA administration and Computer Science/Engineering Experience with cloud infrastructure administration management and automation (preferably Azure) Strong understanding of relevant SAP HANA infrastructure support tools and licensing compliance Extensive experience managing in high availability environments, especially with HANA Skilled in automation, with a strong desire to automate manual processes and procedures Required Experience: At the HANA 2.0 SPS 00 level or beyond In administering advanced infrastructure with XS Advanced (XSA) With replication technologies (SDI, Attunity (Qlik) Replicate, etc.) With SAP on Linux With systems security And managing in high availability environments, especially with HANA and Azure At PII and PCI-DSS Level 1 or similar experience With Cloud platforms (Azure, Amazon, GCP, etc.) With ETL tools The Lead Systems Support Engineer (SAP) will own the application configuration, maintenance, security and reliability for Data Services and HANA environment as we build out a state-of-the-art analytics foundation alongside the cloud platform: Take hands-on responsibility for a highly available, highly secure production environment Be proactive and predictive, solve problems before they happen Plan deployments, migrations and upgrades to minimize service impacts with mitigation plans Understand and tune performance across all physical and logical dimensions Support Ethocas architects and analysts as they design and build effective, agile applications Use your experience to help shape and scale the future of our production infrastructure Work efficiently within a high security, PII and PCI-DSS Level 1 environment Communicate clearly and effectively, manage and report on incidents and complete resolution, document as-built, monitor and implement SAP, cloud and data lake best practices Existing solutions are built on data that resides in both SAP HANA data warehouse and Snowflake warehouse, we expect the successful candidate will always pay attention to detail configuration, maintenance, security and reliability of data and Data Services in the different environments as we build out a state-of-the-art analytics foundation (on premise and on cloud). **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a clients business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
