Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to support the Vice President of Development & Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in leading and executing innovative marketing strategies for our existing retirement residences and new mixed-use residential projects. This role Is integral to shaping the brand and vision for our communities and will involve working with the team to oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, manage social media content and accounts, optimize corporate and project websites, and execute marketing campaigns for our corporate brands, existing properties, and upcoming projects. Accountability Structure: This role will report to the Vice President of Development, Lev Living and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, Lev Senior Living. Job Requirements: Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for residential assets, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and website management. Proven experience in executing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and web performance tools. Experience with social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Experience with digital automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier) Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and connect with online audiences. Creative writing and effective communication are essential for this role. Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret website and social media analytics, optimizing strategies based on insights. Ability to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives. Graphic design skills required, including producing marketing materials and digital content to support branding and promotional initiatives Knowledge of digital security best practices to collaborate with IT teams on safeguarding marketing assets. Understanding of local SEO and optimization for Google Business Profile. Knowledge of AODA compliance and website accessibility standards. Familiarity with web development and management, including the ability to oversee website functionality, update website content, and user experience improvements. Knowledge of real estate and retirement living industry is an asset. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, etc.). Proficiency in website optimization techniques and troubleshooting (desktop and mobile). Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Ability to manage databases and use automation tools to streamline workflows. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to: development, construction, IT, marketing and sales, investments, and operations. Experience in managing photo and video shoot projects from concept to execution. Experience in managing external consultants and agencies. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Brand Management: Support teams with developing comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing projects to meet leasing, sales, and occupancy goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and trends. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives. Manage and track marketing budgets for individual projects and corporate campaigns. Develop and maintain detailed marketing timelines and schedules for project launches and campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with corporate branding. Monitor brand performance and perception, making recommendations for adjustments as needed. Social Media Management: Execute and manage digital media campaigns for existing assets, including, but not limited to Lev Senior Living residences, Lev Living new mixed-use projects, Lev Living corporate and Lev Senior Living corporate across all platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Develop and curate engaging content to increase brand presence and audience engagement. Review and recommend organic content from each property to be shared on social media. Conduct quality assessments to ensure high standards of content. Monitor and report on performance analytics for all social media platforms. Actively engage with followers through likes, shares, and comments to foster relationships and promote brand loyalty. Monitor social media trends and sentiment, identifying emerging issues or opportunities for proactive engagement. Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments across all social platforms. Website and Content Management: Oversee website infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, optimized for performance, and scalable. Troubleshoot website issues on desktop and mobile platforms and implement solutions. Monitor SEO performance, optimizing keywords, meta tags, headers, and alt text for images. Use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior, making data-driven decisions for improvement. Ensure AODA compliance and monitor quality performance. Manage online reviews, ensuring timely responses to both positive and negative feedback. Update websites regularly with new content, including announcements, event calendars, menus, photos, chef profiles, and more. Collaborate with different teams to align website content with marketing campaigns and community branding. Google Business Page Management: Optimize Google Business Profile, ensuring accurate business information for improved search visibility. Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and messages in a professional manner. Track and analyze business profile performance metrics, making improvements based on trends. Implement strategies to enhance local search visibility and rankings. Upload high-quality photos and videos to showcase the business. Stay informed on Google Business Profile updates and ensure compliance with Google's guidelines. Graphic Design, Branding and Marketing Implementation: Design branded templates for presentations, letters, and marketing materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite. Create compelling graphics and visuals that align with marketing strategies and our brand identity. Oversee the creation, distribution, and delivery of marketing collateral, promotional items, interior/exterior signage, brochures, displays, etc. in both printed and digital formats. Digital Automation and Process Improvement: Implement process automation via Power Automate to streamline form processing and data management. Manage databases created from form responses (e.g., Move-in surveys, New Inquiry forms). Create and maintain a Digital Information Library, storing templates, brochures, advertisements, photos, videos, and floor plans. Video Content & Photography: Manage and participate in photo/video shoot project management. Edit compelling video content and oversee all aspects of video marketing from storyboarding to post-production. Digital Education: Facilitate workshops and create resources to educate internal teams on best practices in social media management and digital marketing strategies, including promoting and responding to online reviews. Educate staff on brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Digital Security & IT Collaboration: Liaise with the IT team to address digital security factors and ensure the safety of all digital marketing operations. Manage and control access to digital marketing assets, keeping all stakeholders involved and informed. Event Management: Support event planning for promotional events and community engagement events e.g. brokers launch events, community consultation meetings, and more.
