Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Strategy, Paid Media, and AI-Driven CRO Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that prioritizes increasing conversion rates, paid media ROI, and patient engagement. Oversee and manage paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels, leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign targeting, automate bidding strategies, and optimize ad performance. Implement AI-driven A/B and multivariate testing for website elements and paid media campaigns to improve user experience and conversion rates. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, adjust targeting strategies, and maximize ROI. Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to integrate SEO strategies with paid media efforts for a cohesive digital approach. Revenue Goal Setting and Tracking Use forecasting tools to develop and maintain accurate revenue projections based on historical data, market trends, and seasonal considerations. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to establish annual revenue targets aligned with overall business objectives. Develop and execute paid and organic strategies to achieve these targets, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities. Regularly track and report progress toward revenue goals, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions. Web Design, AI Integration, and SEO Optimization Oversee design enhancements, development, and maintenance of the Shopify e-commerce platform to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance. Customize Shopify themes and templates to align with brand guidelines and patient needs. Manage and integrate tracking pixels and conversion events for paid media platforms on Shopify. Partner with the Content Manager to implement best practices for image optimization, metadata management, and structured data for SEO purposes. Regularly update the platform with new features, promotions, and content to enhance the patient experience and improve organic and paid campaign outcomes. Conversion-Focused Patient Experience Use AI-driven personalization platforms to create tailored user experiences and product recommendations that address specific patient needs. Automate engagement workflows with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo) to enhance communication throughout the customer journey. Monitor and respond to patient feedback using AI-powered sentiment analysis tools to address concerns and improve satisfaction. Patient Engagement Initiatives Design and manage patient-centric rewards, referral, and subscription programs with the support of AI tools for data segmentation and predictive behavior analysis. Partner with Content Manager to generate personalized content, such as email campaigns, blog posts, and educational resources, that resonate with diverse patient segments. Automate loyalty program tracking and reporting using AI-driven platforms to refine strategies and improve retention. Analytics, Reporting, and AI-Powered Insights Provide detailed weekly performance reports and actionable insights to the executive team, including paid media performance metrics. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, paid media ROI, patient engagement, organic traffic, and lifetime value (LTV). Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and heatmapping tools to gain insights into user behavior and campaign performance. Technology, Innovation, and AI Implementation Stay updated on emerging AI technologies relevant to e-commerce and digital marketing, recommending tools for integration. Implement AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants to enhance customer service and support. Utilize AI for inventory management and demand forecasting to streamline product availability and optimize supply chain operations. Collaboration and Product Expansion Work with the Product Manager to identify opportunities to expand product assortment and manage inventory of existing products. Collaborate with the content marketing and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages for paid campaigns. Compliance and Security Ensure all AI tools and implementations comply with Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and international privacy regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus). 3-5 years managing B2C e-commerce operations , with a strong focus on AI integration, CRO, SEO, and patient engagement. 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms , including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram. 3 years of hands-on experience working with Shopify , including theme customization, app integration, and performance optimization with measurable revenue growth. Experience with AI tools for paid media, CRO, SEO, analytics, and content creation (e.g., Google Ads AI, Jasper AI, ChatGPT, or similar). Proven success in implementing AI-driven strategies to boost sales, retention and operational efficiency and improve conversion rates and campaign performance. Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AI-enhanced platforms like Looker Studio. Creative problem solving abilities, project management skills and a patient-centric approach Strong leadership and communication skills.
