Duration: 3+ Months Contract with possible extensionResponsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans. Conduct complex impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support change initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic plans. Provide expert coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments. Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged. Mentor and guide junior change management consultants.Experience: Bachelors degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred. Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field. Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
