Farmhand/Mechanic/Welder Wanted for Growing Grain Farm We are a new grain farm entering its 4th year of operation and are looking for a motivated farmhand/mechanic/welder to join our team. No experience required we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow with us. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Mechanically inclined, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. Physically fit, able to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, and lifting. Valid Class 5 driver''s license (or willing to obtain). Interest in learning to drive a manual vehicle. Experience with or a strong interest in learning how to operate farm equipment (e.g., tractors, combines, etc.). Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather (90% of winter work is indoors in a heated shop). Submit a criminal record check for review and approval.
