GrowMe is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through cutting-edge marketing strategies. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and develop our sales team, which includes Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Executives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Team Management Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and Sales Executives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence. Set clear individual and team performance goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations. Build a high-performance culture through motivation, recognition, and mentorship. 2. Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth in existing and new regions. Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts, design targeted campaigns, and optimize the sales funnel for increased conversions. Assist and guide the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including client prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Take ownership of final sales meetings with key prospects to ensure successful deal closure and establish long-term, high-value partnerships. Support the alignment of marketing campaigns and sales strategies to maximize lead quality and revenue generation. 3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building Actively participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to build strong relationships and provide senior-level sales support when needed. Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business. Gather and analyze client feedback to refine sales approaches and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Sales Operations and Performance Management Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and resource allocation. Monitor sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue growth, and implement improvements to address gaps. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce sales cycles, improve efficiency, and increase conversion rates. Ensure effective use of CRM systems and reporting tools to track performance, optimize workflows, and maintain clean, actionable data Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing deals and building long-term client relationships. Experience managing and developing SDRs and Sales Executives, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to lead final sales meetings and secure client commitments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to sales. Ability to work closely with teams across departments, including marketing, to align on lead generation and strategy. Strong analytical skills to track sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track performance. High level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Willingness to attend client meetings in person and provide hands-on support to the sales team.
