Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain. Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs. Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans. Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team. Demonstrated experience working with multiple health organizations / entitiesin the development of standards/requirements to be used in the implementation in clinical information systems. Additional experience in any of the following: computerized provider order entry (CPOE), order sets, ancillary services (Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, Laboratory, Health Records, Patient Registration, Patient Scheduling) Candidate has the ability to communicate, facilitate, and present information fluently in both French and English. Yes Facilitation skills: demonstrated experience in leading workshops with healthcare providers to identify and articulate business requirements, system requirements, and develop user stories or use cases. Demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, stronginterpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work with multiple teams supporting more than one project stream/activity at a time.
