What to Expect: As the first Sales Development Representative at FasTab, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our partnership network. Youll be the initial point of contact for potential partners, focusing on outbound outreach to identify your prospects. Your mission: qualify leads and hand off high-quality opportunities to our Sales Team. This role isnt for the faint-hearted You'll make hundreds of outbound phone calls each week, send targeted emails, and initiate conversations that turn cold leads into warm opportunities. Success will be measured on our ability to hit a monthly quota and communicate feedback and learnings that will drive more sales. A Skilled Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to connect with a diverse range of people effectively. Organized and Efficient: You excel at managing a high volume of contacts, juggling competing priorities, and staying on top of your tasks. Bonus Points: 12 years of SDR or BDR experience at an early-stage SaaS startup, where youve been responsible for generating your own pipeline. 12 years of outbound or inside sales experience. 12 years in door-to-door (D2D) sales. 12 years in commission-based sales roles.
