Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing/Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, manage and maintain our company's website and drive engagement to build our brand. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and grow your career in marketing within a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute campaigns and events. Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events. Create online and offline marketing content. Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals. Create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, for various social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and trends to foster community engagement. Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Manage and maintain the companys website content and ensure it remains up-to-date. Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to drive innovation. Qualifications 1-3 years' of marketing experience is preferred. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Proven experience managing social media platforms and content creation. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Analytical skills with experience in interpreting social media metrics and performance data. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and basic website management is a plus.
