Our sister brand, Mkt, is an independent design house creating pieces for a modern, edited home. We have three large showrooms within Toronto's Design District. In the Elte Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens, and Home Dcor. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking proactive sales professionals with a proven track record in luxury home furnishings and account management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with high-end clients and has experience building long-term relationships through structured client outreach, frequent visits, and tailored sales strategies. The ideal candidate possesses: A background in commission-based sales and a history of outbound sales/account management , particularly in the luxury space. Experience with relationship-based selling , emphasizing the use of CRM tools like Salesforce to track opportunities, maintain client engagement, and manage a portfolio of accounts. Strong organizational skills and an ability to navigate a structured account management process , including daily, monthly, and quarterly reviews of sales performance, pipeline health, and client engagement. Comfort visiting clients on-site through proactive office visits, understanding their project needs, and uncovering new business opportunities. Candidates should be adept at managing key client accounts , engaging across multiple categories, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cross-divisional sales. WHAT YOU WILL DO Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales objectives by leveraging sales tools, proactively engaging with every opportunity, account, and contact in line with established account management processes. Build and maintain Eltes portfolio of clients and designers by consistently engaging with clients through a mix of in-person visits , showroom presentations , and outreach efforts . Use Salesforce to manage your client portfolio , tracking all communications, opportunities, and sales activity, while regularly reviewing pipeline health and performance. Develop and execute customized account strategies , reviewing written sales performance against goals and collaborating with clients on their specific project needs. Deliver engaging external presentations and keep client relationships active with frequent showroom visits, product updates, and external office presentations. Consistently create an exceptional experience for our clients, tailored to their personal needs by understanding their current and future projects. Participate in quarterly and annual reviews of account performance, helping identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and re-engage inactive clients.
