The Position: We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Support Specialist Amazon. The Category Support Specialist Amazon, is pivotal in supporting our Amazon growth strategy by driving category-specific performance across our product lines by focusing on executing category-level marketing strategies, optimizing content, ensuring precise demand planning, and enhancing promotional efforts. This role collaborates closely with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that ensure category success. Responsibilities: eCommerce Marketing & Product Listings Optimization: Develop and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion on Amazon. Brand Content Development & Management: Collaborate on developing brand content that aligns with our marketing strategy and resonates with target audiences. Demand Planning & Inventory Management: Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively. Promotions, Sales Analysis & Analytics: Analyze promotional performance and recommend strategies for improvement. Stackline and Data Tools: Leverage tools like Stackline for market insights and performance tracking. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on category goals and strategies. Minimum Qualifications: Post secondary Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study. Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce, particularly with Amazon is preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and with initiative in a dynamic, team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and all areas of the organization. Strong attention to detail and an extremely high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
