JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: Enable our Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to grasp business vitality, achieve targets through enhanced strategies, automated workflows, and impactful dashboards & predictions Supervise systems that fortify go-to-market strategies in alignment with the goals of the business and streamline the customer journey Ensure seamless operation and scalability of all our go-to-market systems, aligned with our growth ambitions, alongside mandates from finance and operations within the business Manage daily accounting processes throughout the revenue cycle, spanning from order management, approval, to funding Collaborate closely with executive leadership to frame, implement, measure, and analyze the impact of KPIs Work with budget owners in the business and coordinate Month/Quarterly/ Yearly planning from an FP&A perspective Elevate data quality and extract crucial insights through comprehensive analysis across various data sets Develop both bottom-up and top-down revenue models to identify gaps and strategic areas for enhancement, guiding hiring decisions Influence the allocation of marketing funds by creating a comprehensive attribution model. Utilize outputs from this model to align with Sales, Marketing, and Finance and Operations teams, crafting a revenue model in sync with company objectives. Continuously refine and communicate updates to significant business stakeholders. Requisite Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of revenue operations experience Experience with FP&A in a SaaS environment CPA Preferred Strong data analysis skills Experience in Finance and FP&A Operations working with Leadership and building out financial models Professional demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and an inherent drive to exceed expectations Advanced proficiency and familiarity with the relevant Tech Sales and Operations tools Experience in Wealth Management and/or Asset Management is an asset
