Responsibilities Conduct insurance needs analyses for clients to recommend tailored solutions. Provide advice on life, health, and other insurance products, ensuring clients are informed about their options. Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims processing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carriers to address client inquiries and fulfill service requests. Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports to support advisory discussions. Job Requirements Must-have: A valid insurance license 3-7 years of experience as a Licensed Insurance Advisor or in a similar role. Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations in Canada. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
