Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC-related software to create precise mechanical system designs. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery. Provide mentorship to junior team members and seek guidance from senior staff for ongoing development. Reference and apply relevant codes and standards in all designs. Communicate technical requirements effectively through reports and client interactions. Conduct site visits and assist with field reviews as needed.Qualifications EIT, P.Eng., or Professional Technologist designation (EGBC or ASTTBC). Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical design (HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection). Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit, IESve, or HAP is an asset. Strong knowledge of Building Codes related to mechanical systems. Sustainable design certification (LEED, Passive House) is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
