This role requires expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Align IT strategies with business goals, identify opportunities for innovation, and manage budgets and resources. Team Management : Lead and motivate IT teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Systems Oversight : Manage and optimize enterprise systems, ensure data governance, and integrate cross-functional processes. Vendor Relations : Oversee contracts, negotiations, and compliance with industry standards. About You 10+ years of senior IT leadership experience managing enterprise systems and technology infrastructure. Expertise in Workday, SAP Finance, Oracle Finance, and cloud technologies. Strong project management, communication, and team-building skills. Familiarity with IT governance, agile methodologies, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Kafka, Mulesoft).
