Job Title: Senior SAP Data Lead Duration: 156 Weeks Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote, with occasional travel to other GTA locations) Skills and Experience: Proven experience (at least 5 years) in leading data migration on large SAP projects Experience in Azure Data warehouse solutions. Experience working with SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Experience in working with the project team: project manager, business analysts, solution architects, system designers, developers, testers, release managers, system administrators; Strong analytical skills and broad knowledge of different system architectures Major IT implementation experience and understanding how systems are affected by business process change Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and problemsolving ability Completion of a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Engineering, or the equivalent, combined with several years of quality assurance/testing experience in the client server environment. Strong knowledge of data ETL methodologies with practical experience in tracking problems and defects, documenting data strategy. Thorough understanding of Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) Hands on experience working with SAP, Windows and Unix operating systems, Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise, MS SQL and Oracle database systems Ability to assume a lead role that includes technical consultation, team guidance and following through on delivery. Ability to successfully monitor changes and ensure corrective action is taken when necessary Effective team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Must have or rapidly acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders including disability accommodation and accessibility requirements pertaining to passengers and employees based on AODA recommended standards.
