Our client is a Toronto-based consulting company working with an end client in the financial space. As a Product Analyst, you'd be working on a 12-month contract basis to evaluate and develop business requirements as well as create, manage, and resolve user stories. Responsibilities: Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA. Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms. Evaluate/develop business requirements. Monitor development to ensure eas of maintenance and that standards are followed Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests. Document and execute user story acceptance tests. Provide user story and solution support to team members. Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents. Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and the IT team. Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release. Requirements 3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role, including team lead experience Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, or Commerce Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities. Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance Condent communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes. Eye for detail and a passion for building great products. Experience working in an agile environment. Experience with SAP S/4 ERP, Cash Management, TRM, and/or Concur, v1809 or newer is an asset Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive is an asset Experience with Credit Decisioning systems in a financial organization is an asset
